1. Introduction
Welcome to SB Movement Method & Studio. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided via our website, in-person classes, and online/on-demand content.
By booking, attending, or participating in any class or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have read and accepted our Participant Waiver.
2. About Us
SB Movement Method is operated by sole trader Stephanie Burrows. The business offers rhythm-led, mindful fitness classes, including heated (hot yoga) sessions, both in-person and online.

3. Booking & Payment
All classes must be booked in advance via our website or booking platform.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless using a valid membership or class package.
We accept major debit/credit cards via our booking system.
All purchases (including memberships, class packs, and introductory offers) are:
Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Subject to stated expiry dates
4. Cancellations, Memberships & Refunds
Studio Classes
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to retain credit.
Late cancellations (under 12 hours) and no-shows will result in loss of credit.
Members will be charged a £5 late cancellation/no-show fee, charged to the payment method on file.
We reserve the right to waive this fee at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Membership Terms
All memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
Memberships cannot be cancelled during this initial 3-month term.
After the initial term, memberships will continue on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time via your account settings.
Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or suspended unless required by law.
Memberships & On-Demand
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.
No refunds are given for unused sessions or partial billing periods.
On-demand content is non-refundable once accessed.
5. Health, Safety & Participation
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to participate in classes.
Participation in fitness classes, including hot yoga, is at your own risk.
Hot yoga classes take place in a heated environment and may involve additional risks such as dehydration, dizziness, or heat-related illness.
You are responsible for:
Staying hydrated
Monitoring your own condition
Taking breaks or leaving the room if needed
You should not participate if you feel unwell, injured, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If you have any medical conditions or concerns (including pregnancy), you should seek medical advice before attending.
6. Waiver & Limitation of Liability
Participation in all classes and use of services is subject to our Participant Waiver, which must be accepted prior to booking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law
Subject to the above, SB Movement Method and Stephanie Burrows shall not be liable for:
Injury, illness, or adverse effects arising from participation (including hot yoga)
Loss or damage to personal property
Any indirect or consequential loss
7. Studio Etiquette
To maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants, you agree to:
Arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted, particularly for hot yoga classes, to avoid disruption and for safety reasons.
Follow all instructor guidance throughout the class.
Respect the space, equipment, and other participants.
Keep mobile phones on silent and refrain from use during class.
Inform the instructor before class of any injuries, conditions, or concerns.
Leave the studio quietly and respectfully, especially during relaxation periods.
We aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
8. Right to Refuse Entry or Participation
SB Movement Method reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove any participant from, a class or service where it is reasonably considered necessary, including (but not limited to):
Late arrival where entry would disrupt the class or pose a safety risk;
Concerns regarding a participant’s health, fitness, or ability to safely take part;
Behaviour that is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive to others;
Suspected participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
Failure to comply with these Terms or instructor guidance.
No refunds will be issued in such circumstances, except at our discretion.
9. Online Classes & Digital Access
You are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable environment when participating online.
SB Movement Method is not responsible for injuries sustained during unsupervised online sessions.
Access to online content depends on a stable internet connection and compatible device.
We are not liable for interruptions due to technical issues but will aim to resolve them promptly.
Login details must not be shared with others.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and platform (including videos, branding, class formats, and written materials) is the intellectual property of Stephanie Burrows.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written consent.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

We reserve the right to:
Amend class schedules, instructors, or services
